Live Chat Conversations are usually part of other chatbot conversations. In single conversation user can chat with a chatbot and then require to move to the Live Chat operator. Therefore Live Chat conversations are available from the same place as all conversations - Chatlogs. Active conversations that require administrator attention are highlighted with the Live Chat icon:
Selecting active conversation allows you to receive messages from the user and send messages to the user in the real time.
