Conversation details
In the conversation details section, you have access to unique dialogue IDs, which are incredibly useful for navigating and managing numerous interactions. You can also easily check when a conversation began, when the last message was sent, and the rating the user provided.
This data is kept safe and protected. It is collected solely to help you identify and diagnose any potential issues with your chatbot, ensuring continuous improvement of its performance.
Client details
In the client details section, you can personalize customer data. You can change their nick, name, email, or phone number. These tools allow you to collect information from your customers, understand their location, and easily identify specific customers using their unique ID and IP address.
This robust data management helps tailor future interactions, leading to more personalized and effective support. It also enables you to gain deeper insights into your customer base for better strategic planning.
Settings
On the left side of the screen, you'll find a variety of helpful tools to enhance your analysis. First, you can easily set the specific time period you wish to analyze. You also have the convenient option to export your chat logs to a CSV file. Below this, you'll discover powerful tools like the message search, a filter for user ratings, and the ability to select conversations from specific users. Once these filters are applied, you'll see a precise set of conversations that perfectly match your specified criteria.
In the bottom right corner of each message, you'll find a tool to correct the chatbot's responses. It's a fantastic tool for teaching the chatbot how it should answer specific questions.
