Chrome

1. Click on the website settings icon in the address field

2. Click Site Settings, scroll down to sound and switch to Allow

Safari

1. Right click on your address bar and select Settings for app.chatlab.com

2. In the Auto-Play select Allow All Auto-Play

Firefox

1. Click on the padlock icon in your address bar next to the address:

2. Click on Connection Secure

3. Click on More Information and in the top bar select Permissions

4. In the Autoplay section uncheck “Use Default”, select Allow Audio and Video
