Training in background offers you a unique experience. While you are waiting for your training to be completed, you can do whatever you want and your training will not be paused or disconnected. It’s the new way to train your website.
How to enable it?
The best part is that you do not need to enable it! It is automatically enabled for every user, do not matter if you have basic or premium plan.
Why is it a great solution for users?
In essence, "training in background" empowers users with a chatbot that is evolving and improving, all while maintaining an uninterrupted, high-quality service, and providing the necessary insights to fine-tune its knowledge base effectively.
Furthermore, users can now select new settings, such as 'Select individual URLs' and 'Email me when training is finished or needs my attention.' It's a huge update that allows you to control your training in a more natural way.
A key aspect of effective "training in background" systems is the ability for the chatbot administrator (the user who configures the chatbot) to review its learning process. This includes seeing what have been excluded or included during the scanning process.
