How to setup Live Chat for multiple operators
In case you have multiple operators - or in other words service desk agents - who should be responsible for responding Live Chat requests from your users, the system needs to notify correct agent about the live chat that has started in the chatbot for which given agent is responsible.
By default, when you share the chatbot with another administrator - in this case your support agent, the agent will start to receive all notifications about the live chat conversations that occur in shared chatbot.
In case you want to delegate all the live chats to some agent or group of agents and you want to stop receiving live chat notifications on your account, you can change your notification settings for particular chatbot.
Go to Settings in the main ChatLab dashboard menu and click Account Settings, scroll to Live Chat Notification Settings section. You can enable or disable the notifications for each of your chatbots and for the chatbots that have been shared with you:
