How to setup a team & invite administrators
You can share chatbot admin access with your team members. Your team members must register with free account to get access to the shared chatbot. If you give them “Limited access” they will be able to view basic chatbot information, access chatlogs, run the training and add corrections. If you grant them "Full access" they will have the same capabilities as the administrator.
Where can i find it?
From the main ChatLab administration page, select Chatbots in the main menu, click on selected chatbot, scroll down and select Invite Administrator.
Options
- Invite Administrator: share your chatbot with other administrators.
- View existing invitations: view sent invitations.
Chatbots shared with me
In the Home section under My Chatbots you can see the Chatbots shared with me section, if there are any bots shared with you.
Access level
In ChatLab we have two accessibility levels: Limited and Full. Let’s check them!
- Limited access:
- Full access:
With "Limited access," you'll be able to view the "Chatbot," "Training," "Analytics," "Chatlogs," "Leads," and "Add to Website" sections. You won't have the ability to change settings, personalize the chatbot, or delete it. This is a secure option, as users with limited access cannot harm our chatbot.
"Full access" provides you with complete control, just like the administrator. This includes everything available with "Limited access," plus the ability to customize settings and even delete the chatbot.
Why Share Chatbot Administration?
Enhanced Collaboration
By sharing chatbot administration duties, multiple team members can contribute their expertise, ensuring that the chatbot provides comprehensive and accurate responses. This collaborative approach can lead to improved customer satisfaction and more efficient issue resolution.
Continuous Improvement
With multiple administrators, your chatbot can be continuously monitored and updated. This ensures that it evolves with your business needs and remains relevant to your users.
Workload Distribution
Sharing administration tasks helps distribute the workload, preventing burnout and ensuring that the chatbot is always well-maintained. This is particularly useful during peak times or when specific administrators are unavailable.
