How to add chatbot to Prestashop

There are two methods to integrate the chatbot into your PrestaShop store:

Method 1: Inserting the Script into the Store Template

Obtain the chatbot script from the admin panel. Navigate to the chatbot settings, then click “Add to Website” and copy the script code.
Insert the script into the store template by pasting the copied script into the source code of your store’s theme.
Save the changes and refresh the website to ensure the chatbot is displayed correctly.

1. Download the module: Obtain the Chatlab AI Customer Service module from the link below.

3. Install and configure the module:

Copy the chatbot key from the admin panel and paste it into the configuration field.

4. Verify the installation:

The chatbot should now be visible in the admin configuration panel and on the website.

If the chatbot does not appear, ensure that the module is activated and correctly configured.
