There are two methods to integrate the chatbot into your PrestaShop store:
Method 1: Inserting the Script into the Store Template
- Obtain the chatbot script from the admin panel. Navigate to the chatbot settings, then click “Add to Website” and copy the script code.
- Insert the script into the store template by pasting the copied script into the source code of your store’s theme.
- Save the changes and refresh the website to ensure the chatbot is displayed correctly.
Method 2: Using the PrestaShop Module
1. Download the module: Obtain the Chatlab AI Customer Service module from the link below.

2. Navigate to module management:
- Go to
IMPROVE -> Modules -> Module Manager - Click on "Upload a module" and select the downloaded module file.
3. Install and configure the module:
- Once uploaded, click "Configure."
- Copy the chatbot key from the admin panel and paste it into the configuration field.
4. Verify the installation:
The chatbot should now be visible in the admin configuration panel and on the website.
If the chatbot does not appear, ensure that the module is activated and correctly configured.
