Deleting your chatbot

The Danger Zone section allows you to perform critical actions related to data management and chatbot removal. Please note that these operations are permanent and cannot be undone, so proceed with caution.

Delete Chatbot

Deleting a chatbot is the most significant action in the Danger Zone. When you delete a chatbot, all associated data will be removed, including:

• Training data sets
• Conversation history
• Collected leads
• Conversation summaries
• Chatbot settings

This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

To delete a chatbot:

1. Navigate to the Danger Zone for the specific chatbot.
2. Click "Delete Chatbot."
3. A confirmation prompt will appear asking if you are sure you want to delete the chatbot. [Insert screenshot of the Delete Chatbot button and confirmation prompt]
4. If you confirm, the chatbot and all associated data will be permanently erased from the system.

Important: Deleting a chatbot will remove all the information mentioned above. Be sure you no longer need this data before proceeding.
