Lead Collection
Our chatbots offer the capability to gather sales leads. You have the option to configure your chatbot to request the user's name and email in the course of conversation.
Instructions for Enabling Sales Lead Collection:
- Access the "Chatbot" or "create a chatbot" page and scroll down.
- Find the "Collect Leads" section.
Collecting leads is optional, meaning It is not compulsory for users to provide their name and email. Those who choose not to provide this information can still interact with your chatbot.
- When enabled, you can set
- custom messages to encourage user to enter his details
- message after which the lead collection form will be shown to the user
- custom labels for email & phone
- custom message after the user provides the details
- After the Xth message the chatbot interface will display a message encouraging user to enter his details and a form for the user’s email and phone number
- You can enable collection of
- email OR
- phone OR
- email AND phone
- You can set your custom labels on E-Mail and Phone (these are defaults if chatbot is set to interact with english speaking clients, but you can customize it to your language if you wish.
Reviewing the collected leads
After your leads are collected you can browse them in the Leads section of your chatbot. You can also easily navigate to the conversation to see the conversation history.
You have an option to filter your leads by date range, by default you see the leads collected in the last two days.
Export your leads to CSV
In the Leads section you can export the leads in the selected date range to the csv file.
