Dynamic suggested follow-ups proactively offer questions based on conversation with user. ChatLab feature help users to go into deeper conversastions with chatbots and to evolve your experience to the next level!

1. Where to enable it?

Navigate yourself to “Settings”→ “Conversation” and just below suggested questions you have option to enable “Dynamic suggested follow-ups”. You can disable it anytime you want.

2. Why would I use dynamic suggested follow-ups?

Dynamic suggested follow-ups offers you a unique experience in real time. When enabled, the chatbot will dynamically generate and update suggested follow-ups based on the ongoing conversations.
