What’s inside?
Inside the email, you'll find a concise summary of your chatbot's activity over the last 24 hours. This includes valuable data such as the number of unique conversations and the total messages exchanged, providing you with insight into how supportive your chatbot has been. We also provide information on the duration of conversations, as well as credits consumed and remaining, a feature we've added in response to frequent customer inquiries. Last but not least, you'll see a clear overview of your LiveChat sessions. Important: you can send daily summary email for as many email accounts as you want to.
Conversation insights
They are AI generated conversation insights based on dialogue with chatbot. We update AI insights once a week.
ChatLab prepared a tailored solution for users to get conversation insights in three sections.
The first section is "Lack of Knowledge Areas," where the AI highlights instances when the chatbot encountered difficulties or when the user was not satisfied with the provided answer.
The second section is "Most Frequent Questions." This is a summary of the most commonly asked questions and mentioned topics from the last week. It offers valuable feedback, revealing the most common user concerns.
The third section is "Other Key Insights." This is a dedicated space for additional valuable insights analyzed by the AI, derived from user conversations.
