Where can i find it?
From the main ChatLab administration page, select Chatbots in the main menu, click on selected chatbot, select Training and in the left menu choose Adding plain text.
How to add text for scanning?
Click on the Add new text source button. You will be asked to enter the label and your text data.
How It Works
When you upload text to your chatbot's knowledge base, Chatlab processes the document to extract relevant information. This data is then indexed and made available for the chatbot to reference when responding to user queries. Here’s a brief overview of the process:
- Upload: You upload the text through the Chatlab interface.
- Processing: Chatlab processes the text, extracting relevant data.
- Training: The extracted data is indexed and integrated into the database.
