How to train your chatbot on corrections
Corrections are a very good way to improve answer accuracy of your chatbot. Teaching your bot on it’s previous errors is an easy and effective way to make him understand your customers.
Where can i find it?
From the main ChatLab administration page, select Chatbots in the main menu, click on selected chatbot, select Training and Adding & editing corrections.
How to add and edit corrections?
Click on the Add new correction source button or go directly to Chatlogs and click on “” icon next to the response you want to correct.
- Add new correction : If you add a correction from scratch, you’ll need to provide a user’s question, an invalid response and a correct answer.
- Chatlogs: You can add a correction when browsing the chatlogs, If you see the chatbot response that is invalid you can correct it by clicking the edit icon next to the incorrect response
