Corrections are a very good way to improve answer accuracy of your chatbot. Teaching your bot on it’s previous errors is an easy and effective way to make him understand your customers.
Where can i find it?
There are two ways of adding & editing corrections:
- Through chatlogs - when you browse the conversations of your clients and you notice the chatbot response that you don’t like - you can add a correction right away
- From the chatbot training menu - here you can add or edit existing corrections
Adding corrections through chatlogs
Click on your selected chatbot and click Chatlogs tab
You can browse the chatlogs, filter them by date, keyword and ratings. After selecting a conversation you can analyse each conversation and if you don’t like any response from the chatbot click on the edit icon next to the chatbot response:
Adding corrections from Training menu
Select chatbot, go to the Training tab and choose Corrections from the left menu:
